does someone here do some yoga?

i have to do some for flexibility

any routine to recomend?

my favorite is the key lime greek yoga in the little sectioned cup that keeps the crumbles dry until you open and fold it

Get to a proper class if you can, it's amazing what flaws a good teacher can spot in your form (and tell you how to improve it). I do Vinyassa style which is a little more strength orientated than some others.

Start with the Surya Namaskara.

It's the most basic set of Asanas.

Stretching/Yoga is what I do before and after my sets.

Doing just stretching as a form of exercise makes no sense to me.

Here ya go bud

Basically, it's the bread and butter of Yoga, like what bench pressing is to lifting.

Start off with a few of these slowly when you do it, and if you feel like you want more difficulty, you could increase your speed.

It becomes slow gymnastics at further levels.

Alright, if you're able to do like 20 reps of that quickly in one set, I recommend looking at some DVDs or books by this dude called BKS Iyengar.

Add in some breathing exercises called Pranayama. You'll find a couple of videos on that real easy.

Also, I really suggest you join some class, since its like trying to learn karate or something using only books and videos.

And don't do that hot yoga bullshit, its stupid.
