I won't waste any time, so let's get to it.

I'm a 6'2 220 pounds fatass, and I stopped going to the gym for 2 years. Honestly, I had some gains, went from 30 pounds to 60 on the bench press, 10 to 20 pounds triceps, etc.

Anyway, i'm a poorfag. I work a shit job and have shit money. I've recently gotten into bodybuilding, but I have no one to spot my form and correct me.

I'm using this chart (in image), but it feels like it's missing some workouts. I notice there's no situps or crunches or whatever you wanna call em. I added some to my routine.

Question #1 : Is that chart any good, and the guy who made it? What do you think?

Question #2 : I don't "get" some of the stretches. I can never get a proper pecs stretch except with the doorway one, and i've been listening to Athlean-X's vids, and he seems to know what he's talking about. He recommends something much different. But it doesn't work.

Is athlean-X any good? Do you have any stretches for pecs and lats that actually work?

Question #3 : Is there anything I should be adding to my workout? So far i've been following this guide and added 3x8 crunches(situps whatever)

Trying to get good here. I was doing some assisted deep squats and my quads were fucking killing me the next day. Is that normal?

Yes, that's called soreness.

I'm 5'9 and 220 lbs. Sometimes, I do bodyweight, when I'm bored or when I can't visit the gym. Before that, I did it exclusively, but at 147 lbs. Gave me mediocre gains, not comparable to lifting heavy things and putting them back down.

That's because they're gay as shit. Leg raises are pretty much the best bodyweight movement for abs. Most of these are going to help with them anyway.

Are they? I do side sit-ups to work the side abs and i get a pretty good burn out of them.

Leg raises don't seem to work my abs at all. And I already do 3x8 angled. Im gonna do full leg raises next workout.

Yeah, I can't compare bodyweight gains to actual weights, but i'm poor. brand new weights costs around 1,50-2,00$ a pound here, and barely anyone sells their kits. Maybe i'll start lifting furniture or something

Oh and I forgot Question #4 : Does anyone have a solution for me to be able to do pull-ups? I don't trust any fucking cheap shitty pull-up bar, and the good ones that Scooby recommends are like 75$. That's like 100$ in monopoly money.

Its fucking winter here, else i'd be working out outside.

Any workouts compare to pull-ups?
