Basically, you've hit a plateau. I started around a similar weight and have been plateauing around 200 lbs, although I think I've broken through it. I'll give a few suggestions:
1) Consider recalculating your TDEE. As you lose weight, the number of daily calories needed to maintain your weight is also going down. If you haven't been readjusting as you've gone along, look into this. Remember also, that as you've been losing weight, the amount of calories you burn exercising has also gone down
2) How long has your progress been stalled? If it's under two weeks, it's possible you have some issue with water weight. Just keep plugging through it, and you should get a sudden drop one day.
3) Speaking of water weight, check how much sodium you're taking in per day. A huge amount can cause water retention. If you think you're taking in too much, lower your sodium intake and drink more water.
4) In terms of exercise, I'm not sure it really matters what you're doing so much as how the number of calories you're burning relate to your intake.
5) Some people report that even while their weight is plateauing, their measurements of their waist, chest etc. are still going down. Your weight is not the only indicator of progress.
You're going to encounter plateaus when you lose this much weight. You have to keep pushing through it and not give up.
