is it truth that creatine causes hair loss?

Never heard about creatine causing hair loss.

I bet you're the kind of retard who thinks taking creatine makes someone not natural.

>>87332

I bet you're the kind of retard who thinks anyone needs 1.5g protein per lb body weight (not 0.75-1g per LBM) and eating >3000 calories to bulk get fat.

Quit embarrassing yourself and being a sucker for marketroid lies used solely to separate you from your money, which is all supplements are good for – and MAYBE up to +5% (more like +0.5%) extra gainz/performance/whatever…

If it's not the 99% of supplements which are complete bullshit that could very well harm you, you gullible idiot!

…which is never worth the price of admission unless you're a top-tier athlete/power-lifter/whatever willing to spend $2,500-10k every year for that +0.05% edge in performance. Which you ain't, sperger-king.

Get an education on health & fitness other than from dudebro douchebags in the locker room and reddit-tier clickbait sites like bodybuilding.com, t-nation.com, and /fit/. Or keep being tricked by smooth-talkin' roiders and/or ottermodes, your financial (and probable health) loss and nobody's gain but theirs.

By the way, I have a bridge and penis pills to sell you!

Wow its this fag again.

>>87346

I love how he thinks because some people misunderstand how much protein they need, that makes supplements suddenly bad. Never mind science.

UNNECESSARILY HIGH PROTEIN INTAKE=SUPPLEMENTS DON'T WORK

That's what this dipshit actually believes.

He also fails to realize that equating creatine with steroids is a joke.

>3000 calories to bulk get fat.

The fat you gain during bulking is no big deal. I would rather gain a little fat and make sure I had the caloric intake to facilitate muscle growth.

>you can lose the fat when you stop bulking and start cutting, fewnag

>is it truth that creatine causes hair loss?

Well anon, I took it for four years from the age 13-17.

My hair is fucking phenomenal.

Of course I didn't notice any permanent gains with it either which is part of the reason I stopped taking it in high doses.

For recovery though it works great, just don't be surprised when all that water that's swelled up in your muscles because of that shit disappears and you find out you only had half your gains fam.
