I have a really big belly, and I feel like an outcast since I live in a country where %95 percent of people my age are pretty fit.

Thing is, I'm incredibly poor.

The money I make is enough to feed me and pay my bills, I can't afford myself anything extra.

I decided to eat a packet of noodles for breakfast, ditching the oil in the pack, but keeping the seasoning, while adding carrots, red and green pepper (not the hot one) and frozen sausages. I chop it all up and add it to the noodles.

I eat 2 apples for lunch and dinner.

I drink a lot of water, and sometimes I like to make nescafe or hot chocolate from cheap packs that I drink while watching movies.

I made one day off every week that I can eat whatever I want.

My job has me walking a lot, so I wanna know if I'll lose any weight doing this, and if not, which things can I substitute.

I'm sorry for any bad english and thank you all in advance

Lol, I can't even…

Ok, well first of all. Adding vegetables to something unhealthy doesn't make it healthy. And sausage is not a very lean meat as far as I know.

>I like to make hot chocolate to watch with muh movies

Oh geez lol.

You don't need alot of money to eat healthy or to lose weight man. Adding peppers and sausage to "noodles" which I'm guessing is like quick ramen or something right? Doesn't do jack shit. You need to eat less calories if you want to lose weight. Vegetables generally have less calories than other food. That's why you see people eating salads and shit when they're on a diet. It will fill you up and make you full but it won't have alot of calories so you won't get fat. So If you add vegetables on top of what you usually eat all your doing is adding calories to it plus little fiber and shit. Salad and vegetables are used to SUBSTITUTE calorie dense meals not to be added on top of them.

Walking is also not a very affective form of exercise. It won't burn very many calories and won't do anything for your muscles. Your poor so just do some bodyweight stuff. Pushups, bodyweight squats, sit ups, crunches, etc ect… these will help to maintain your muscles while you burn fat. It can also double as a form of cardio and help to burn calories. But only if your diet is right. I know your poor but you don't need alot of money to eat healthy. Instead of sausage go buy a big bag of chicken breasts to add to your ramen noodles. Instead of ramen go buy a big bag of white rice. Instead of hot chocolate and movies drink water and a bodyweight routine.

I would just tell you to read the sticky but honestly that shit pretty confusing. I can never find the information that I'm looking for. So I'll leave you with this and hope it helps.

>your body stores fat from extra caloric intake. fat and calories are an energy source. In order to burn fat you have to make your body tap into its energy storage fat by eating less calories than your body needs.

>protein is also a imprtant energy source. If your not eating enough protein your body will cannibalize your muscles in order to get the protein it needs. You'll also need to work your muscles as well in order to not lose them while in a calorie deficit.

So basically you need to eat HIGH protein LOW calories with some resistance training. Bodyweight training is good and you can also do cardio like jumping Jacks and things but walking is pretty shit tbh.

also your English is fine m8

>I'm poor

Good. Make it easier to lose weight, then. You're gonna save a lot of money on not being a fat fuck.

>money is enough to feed me and pay my bills, nothing extra

Yeah, because you're fat. You eat too much. Eat less and you'll be able to afford more.

>will I lose weight by this

Probably. Depends how ham you go on your cheat days. Cheat days are dumb anyway. If you must cheat, do a cheat meal instead, not day. One thing you'll treat yourself to, not just going off the entire day.

Also, I'd recommend dropping your hot chocolate. Shit's worse than soda, yo. Speaking of soda, just drop it. Completely. Same goes for candy. It'll be tough, but you can do it. And when you've been off it for a few weeks, you won't even want it any more. If you do take it, it won't even be good, you'll just feel the sugar and it'll be disgusting.

Further on, I'm not sure why you didn't just read the fucking sticky. It's got all the info you need in it, man.

OP here

I had a good laugh on the netherland part, since I'm posting behind a proxy because 8ch is blocked in turkey.

Thanks for all the attention (even the negative one) I highly appreciate it.

>>87823

Thanks for the tips, bro. I never knew chicken breasts are acceptable. I forgot to mention that I don't know anything about fitness science too. The places I walk in are generally mountainy places that involves a lot of climbing is what I meant. Is it acceptable?

>>87833

I think you're assuming I'm poor because I'm fat, that's sorta not really true, and I only have a belly, kind of like a drunken's belly, it stands out because most people my age are pretty fit.

Thanks for the tip on the chocolate. I'll stick to coffee or nescafe (I think coffee doesn't have calories)

I posted out of desperation and frustration and I wasn't thinking well, my bad.

I'm assuming you're fat because you're eating too much. I know this to hold true, because you wouldn't be getting fat if you weren't eating too much.

If you're going to lose weight, you will be eating less. This will save you money.

>8chan is blocked in turkey

it wasn't blocked in 2013, sure thing gets blocked fast over there.

between, I know exactly what you can eat in turkey and prices and stuff. When I was there I was able to lose near 10kg in 1 month in a half when I was 11(my uncles hated fat kids). The good poor turk diet from a village that I developped form going there a shitttone of time is:

vegatable:

anything that grows locally, which mean almost everything.

fruit:

any watermelon;

kayisi.

else:

turkish feta;

ayran;

rice.

I'm pretty sure all of those are extremly cheap(except turkish feta). Considering I was able to find all of the above everywhere in turkey.

I literally was able to find a nohut plant in the middle of nowhere growing randomly in the midle of anatolia.

literally got a medium sized watemelon for 2tl near tuz golu.

also, nohut man, nohut,…shit is filled with protein.

real meat is expensive in turkey and it's getting even more expensive. cheap meat is extremely cheap and unhealthy in turkey. Never eat noddle in turkey. same for most of ketchup bottle. Conclusion for meat: become a semi-vegetarian, only eat meat when you get offered meat.

nestlé, eti, ulker,.. never buy from them. I know exactly how inexpensive nescafe is in turkey. I know exactly how cheap it is to get sugar with topkeks. Just don't.

juice. stop any kind of juice. 90% of juice package in turkey is mostly sugar with artificial flavor. look at the ingredients.

be a real man and do not put sugar in your tea or cofee. also, nestlé cofee is killing you. stop it. just drink tea like the rest of your people.

actual conclusion: just eat things that are local and that have absolute no sugar in it. This is my nutrition each time I used to have when I was there. I dropped a shittone of weight all the time. learn to cook recipes from your ancestor. just fucking do "Nohutlu Yoğurt Çorbası

" and you'le drown in protein.

do your set-up and workout and everything. set-up will make this belly get a smaller circumference.

hope it helps

>>87902

I've been fat ever since I was a kid, I have a really shitty habit taught by my parents to finish my meal, even when I'm already full, which I assumed is what started it all. I've been cutting down on that ever since

>I'm happy to see a fellow türk!

I don't really consider myself turk beside from heritage, especially since i'm not born there and didn't grew up there. I used some term in turkish because I can't say it in english.

~vive le quebec libre~

>Thank you so much for the time it took you to type this out!

In turkey you have the opportunity to eat fully healthy and local, one of the few self-sufficient country in food. Take advantage of it. Here, beside raw food, anything I see in the market is filled with sugar or stuff related to it and most of vegetable are imported from the USA or mexico or chile. Even if I insist on buying local, I'm having an hard time. I had to stop meat since it was all imported from the US and shit ain't halal tbh

I really just wanted to tell you how eating well and local could be easily done in turkey. I might not be a big fan of erdogan, but his reform in agriculture is probably the best thing for your health.
