Yes, you can be chad by summertime, you have 4 months to work your ass off, do at least 3 times a week (5 times recommended) weight lifting. If you want, you can eat at a lower maintenance calories to lose fat while on high-protein diet. I will say that you won't look super muscular since you are pretty skinny underneath the fat, but it's a start, then you do clean bulk.

Yes, here's what you do:

1) Squat twice a week until you can squat 3 plates

2) Deadlift once a week until you can pull 4 plates

3) Bench once pr twice a weed until you can bench 2 plates

4) Press once of twice a week until you can pass 1 plate

And correct those muscular imbalances. Kyphosis, lardosis can be avoided with extra upper back and espinal erectors work. Curl or dip if your arms are small.

This is actually excellent advice except double everything up.

Squat 3-4 times a week

Deadlift 1-2x a week

Bench 2-3x a week

Overhead Press 2-3x a week

And add some bent over row 2-3x week. Some chinups probably couldn't hurt either, don't worry about reps just do 3 or so set of as many as you can.
