Why does the health and fitness industry seem absolutely rife with bullshit? I received this in the mail yesterday. The description reads, "Hand carved from Himalayan salt mines. Releases negative ions and helps clean the air." I literally chucked the magazine across the living room. I looked it up and this shit is composed of sodium chloride and iron oxide. SALT AND RUST.

>Receives a Demonstone

>Chucks it across the room, almost freeing the raging demon

>Doesn't distill its essence to gain ungodly strength

Confirmed for never making it.

are you an idiot? why would you get angry that bed bath and beyond is using some Feng Sui bullshit to try and sell more of the neat lamps they have? and why did you think to post it here, i think you would have a better time on reddit with these types of comments. we take ourselves very seriously here.

I've owned two for years now, I get positive ions from the fact that they're so fucking cool looking on my desk. Dark wood desk, black mouse with an orange LED and a black keyboard, with two glowing red salt rocks behind my monitor, I feel like a Greek god when I do my shitposting

I thought it was made out of plastic lol, unless the $2 one I bought is a fake.

>Himalayan salt mines

why do people care where salt comes from?

>I thought it was made out of plastic lol, unless the $2 one I bought is a fake

Yeah thats probably fake, weren't you tipped off with how light it was?

 No.89643

>releases negative ions

So it's radioactive?

>unless the $2 one I bought is a fake.

kek, you got double shafted.

>why do people care where salt comes from?

exoticism, would you rather have boring yuro salt or cultured ethnic salt?

 No.89699

>>89638

If you're eating it, I don't think it's totally out of the question that salts from different places might taste a little different/ be a different color/ come in larger or smaller chunks

I'm not really trying to spam, here, but I have to give a little foreword to this stunning revelation courtesy of the format in which I am going to make it for you.

>Why would a magazine do that?

>Just cling desperately to relevance, peddle bullshit and try to prey on people's insecurities

Hi, that's The Jews.

> Why does the entire world seem absolutely rife with bullshit?

Fixed.
