I missed a bench max today because of shoulder/tricep pain.

I'm pretty sure i overworked it a couple weeks ago and though it didnt hurt going in to the gym, it did when I worked up the weight.

I pressed 295 competently, and stalled twice on 305. I feel like I could do 315 if there wasnt so much pain in my left rotator cuff and tricep.

What can I do to speed up recovery?

You don't lift even half that.

Prove us wrong.

Take a week off and eat/rest more, recovery needs time.

For what its worth ive had good luck with glucosamine/chondroitin supps for joint pain. It takes a couple weeks to kick in though.

Other than that most pain like this is inflammation based so use a tylenol/asprin/ibuprofin and remember RICE.
