What's improved for you lately? I have raised my 1RM for squats from 210 to 242 lbs in the last two weeks, after stalling for months.

Wir werden es alle machen, Brüder.

>Stalled on Zercher Squat two weeks ago for 80kg

>Now at 92kg

>Still stalled at 125kg on the Deadlift

>OHP already at 58kg

>Bench at 74kg

Four Months noob reporting in. Although to be honest I started benching correctly 1 month earlier than the rest

That's a pathetic squat just like minekill me

 No.89997

My pecs have gone from twitchable to powerful dancers. I was firing them in succession last night and the thuds reverberating through my chest reminded me of the effect nightclub music had.

I started before them *and* kept pace with the swim team last week, until they put their fucking mermaid feet and snorkles on, I dunno why they don't just jump a frigging speedboat while they're at it.

Dafuq. I went from barely squatting 45 lbs to squatting 225 in about two and a half months. Am I some kind of genetic freak or something?

>Still stalled at 125kg on the Deadlift

What's the weakest point of it? If it's lockout, I can recommend rack pulls.

>>90006

No. That's called noob gains. If it takes you just another month to reach 315, then we can talk again about whether you are a genetic freak.

I need to slow the lift a lot when dropping because of the gym it's a building, in the second floor and my grip fails a lot after the third rep or so, I still can use mixed grip but the fear of imbalances and the lack of chalk is holding me back a lot.

 No.90036

>>90020

Eh, when I didn't find chalk I started using Talc powder, they are both Magnesium based or some shit

I must say it actually helped me a lot, really, also at 125Kg zercher bruh

 No.90053

I tried a towel today to help with the grip thing, it hold me a little less than I could've liked but it works pretty well, I got 5 reps using mixed grip with 125kg and 2 singles with 131kg, I think I will need to push myself harder by now but the progress is ok.

I'm right on track for 315. I'll let you know when I get there.

>Been cutting for close to five months now

>Started at 238.8 lbs, now at 189.8 lbs

>Lost 49 lbs so far and within a week of getting to 50 lbs down

>Finally moved out of the obese BMI range and into overweight

>Bought a new pair of jeans, since I had cut three new holes in my belt for my old starting pair of jeans and they were getting loose again

Feels good man

I lost something close to 5kg of fat just recomping and eating at caloric deficit, feelsgood, Good Job lad.

 No.90066

Ive been on 4 weeks deficit. Huge mistake, lifts have all stalled. While I can move the same weight as 4 weeks a go it's impossible to complete the same number of sets. I'm going back to recomp and adjusting my routine for DL progress.

I got to utilize my strength at work beyond "anon lift this 50lb box for me tee hee"

Some dipshit drove the scissor lift off the edge of the sidewalk outside our warehouse, one side sank into the mud and it bottomed out so it can't be moved. I braced myself against the side of the building and pushed it sideways enough to lift the sunken side six inches or so, and get a board under it so we could drive it back onto the sidewalk. One of the hefty fuckers in pic related. Website specs says it's 2,710 lbs.

I was the first choice too, it's not like they went around asking people to try and eventually ended up on me. Feels good man.

If your workers had been from my gym, they'd have sneered at you for bending your back at some point and not lifting the damn thing silently. Fuck my gym.

Seriously, tho. That's some impressive functional strength right there. So much about

>hurt you'll never need to be strong in modern society
