4. Just go to the gym fag. Nobody cares. Worst you'll get is someone asking you how many sets you have left or if they can work in. That's it. Gym is primarily for lifting, not socialising.

If you're an introvert then It's a good chance to make all three kinds of gainz

I take it the 20kg is what you can get off the floor? Blimey my very first time in the gym deadlifts were 80 to 100kgs. Good luck to ya.

Get some dumbbells, eat like fucking madness possesses you, do GOMAD with protein powders, lift every other day cardio when you can. Lurk and read all those infographics and shit there's useful stuff in there.

Read the sticky. It might seem intimidating, but it truly does cover everything you need to know. You might even be able to get away with just reading certain sections that are appropriate for you (for example, you could skip sections about losing weight).

Don't be afraid to go to the gym. It's always scary to do something for the first time, but the gym really isn't as scary as people think it is. Newcomers are usually afraid of being judged or laughed at, but I've never seen that happen in all the years and different gyms that I've been to. Everyone is too busy with trying to get their workout done so they can go home.
