I lift every other day, I am less consistent with doing cardio on my offdays. I heard that it's better and easier to just have a constant calorie goal in mind, instead of adjusting it every day based on excercise.

So should I got for something like a 10% caloric deficit and kick my butt and do cardio to loose weight or go for something more drastic, but also calculate the calories I lost through running? What does /fit/ recommend?

190cms - 6'2 feet

81kg -167 pounds

Need to cut 10 kilos = 22 pounds of fat to reach ~ 10% bodyfat.

TDEE (without counting lifting/cardio) ~2200

10% Body Fat without gains to show is plain stupid dude. Continue doing your thing and eating at maintenance or do little bulks through time to time, if you cut now your lifts will stall like hell and it will kill your gains.

wenn du das so ausdrückst ist es schon viel besser, ich hatte nur vor 2 Stunden eben wieder meine Portion DYEL Schwuchteln im Studio gehabt die Bitchtits bis zum Boden haben und nur für Frauen liften (bzw. auch die ganze Zeit über "Muschis" gelabert haben beim B.Curlen, was zu 90% Hüftschwung war und 10% bizeps) und dabei die Unerhörtheit haben Arnieshirts zu tragen

Aestethics anzustreben ist per se nichts schlechtes solange man es seiner Willen macht und nicht um jemand Fremden zu gefallen, vorallem wenn dieser Fremde nichts zu bieten hat außer sexuelle Vorteile
