Which /a/ mod was it? I know that /a/ had three mods.
-Kinomod/kami'
-Some other mod who was like Kino.
-A new mod who was hired after the sticky (
https://archive.moe/a/thread/77388775/#77388775) since they had two "/a/" mods posting in it. Believe this may be Hox.
Please respond. Very important.

/a/'s relationship with their staff was by far the best of the faster moving boards.
Because this relationship was so good /a/'s gut reaction whenever shitty moderation happens is to immediately blame crossboarding mods rather than their own regulars.

I won't leak any names, but if you're smart enough and check the previous name leaks, you can guess who they are. Also, two of them are barely active (one being kami`), because their efforts to make /a/ enjoyable for the native users was met frequently with extreme resistance from the other staff members, mainly because they didn't, according to moot, abide to global rules.

Which is why /jp/ needed so damn many janitors. It was very much a problem child.
For the longest time, /u/ didn't have any janitors at all. That changed after the 2012 janitor drive - the one that got ~15k applicants. But /u/ should have split at that point into Yuri and Western Yuri. It may have helped keep things alive. It's not a bad board, though. As far as boards go, it's a cool place to hang around so long as you can leave your goggles at home.

Pre-2010 /u/ was like the small part of /a/ that just wanted to talk about gay little girls. Of course you needed googles, no one actually believed that anyone in Hidamari Sketch is really gay. /u/ started to change when people started to take it too seriously. I'd say what really brought in the tumblrc/u/nts was Madoka. Shipping started to become serious fucking business. /u/ now isn't about posting elegantly and taking it easy with your googles tightly attatched, it's it's fucking militant shipping wars and it's horrid. There is nothing beautiful or pure about it. Some threads are still worth looking at but overall the ratio of worthwhile discussion to pure bollocks, tips the shitcart.

Or, maybe he knows exactly what he's doing, it's difficult to say, but I'm leaning more towards his process being
>idea is randomly generated by moot's brain>idea immediately executed by mootUnder this system, the hope is that his first thought happened to be half decent, because there's little recourse otherwise.

>>837>he sounds like a constant headache to be working underNot a constant headache, no, but his priorities and the janitors' don't mesh closely. He's the mayor and they're the cops. The cops are in the middle of the dirty stuff and told "keep the peace" with intentionally blurry guidance. It's a bastardized form of natural selection where people who can take it easy eventually become promoted to mods.
And if the situation behind the scenes weren't written by George RR Martin, it would work. Also, if the number of janitors were more than 2 where in most cases they're in the same day/night zone.
