I just wanted to say thank you to the Forfree anon for running this board. After doing the research, I trust you because you are posting evidence of your claims, and it appears moot reacted to your board. You seem like you are dedicated to the truth and transparency, not any agenda or dramastirring.
It is not a surprise that Hotwheels is a retard. As a wiz anon, we have been telling you along that copypaste is a retard and not to cult worship him. Considering his brain is the size of your fist, it is not wise to put him on a pedestal too much.
It is too bad that the leak from HW was a fake. I though his statements from /pol/ and /b/ were a confirmation of what the "/d/ janitor" said, a leak that was obviously also a fake but I believe those motivations are close to the truth. I do not believe moot's actions towards /pol/ are in good faith, or "just a troll", because of how antagonistic he has been acting and how he doesn't respond honestly to anyone even over e-mail. It would be nice to have a real confirmation of what his motivations are.
I think moot's most recent breakdown over requiring mod identity is extremely fucked up and a dark sign. Back when the april mod leaks happened, I asked why someone like Redwood is allowed to be mod and why reddit/tumblr/MAL janitors are allowed. The mods are anonymous, that should mean they aren't tied to some namefag identity across the internet. It is unfortunate that moot went the opposite route, it shows how little moot cares about anonymity and privacy at this point of his life.
I hope you will stick with the mod staff and continue running this valuable service. I don't see how moot can cyber detective who is the owner of this board, since he doesn't have access to 8chan's databases and any janitor can get this info.
In closing, I would like to link to this blog post an extremely wise man wrote less than a year ago about the virtue of anonymity. Remember that anonymity is a culture and not something beholden to moot, hotwheels, or any website.
