There will never, ever be a shortage of Hotpocket Warriors waiting in line to replace existing team members. They think they'll be able to change things or to infiltrate and expose, but the ones who come in like that don't make it.
If you fill out an app, but your IP is mysteriously nowhere on 4chan or your email is clean and new with no associated accounts, that sends up a red flag to not hire you.
4chan has no choice but to become a boring, unfun place because moot is boring and unfun himself and that's his little kingdom on the internet.
