Any proper function this board may have had is rendered null and void because there's really no way to tell who is who or what is what.

Otherwise, no IDs or anything, so it's damn near impossible to tell and a lot of the stickies have been debunked. Seems like a bunch of people are here to find out dox information on 4chan staff, but nobody's going to do that.

I don't understand why people treat what happened as negative. A 4chan staff member contacted hotwheels, who then made it known that he had been contacted. HW then asked moot to get in touch with him.

The result has been former janitors posting imformation, or people just talking shit, take what you will. It also forced moot to publicly announced the new 4chan policy regarding mods and janitors posting proof of identity to moot. If hootwheels had not been transparent about what happened, moot would have kept quiet and we never would have known.
