transition wasn't even that much hard work, it was an expensive and drawn-out process, it's only painful when you have people constantly second-guessing you and deciding that you're just some delusional fucked up weirdo instead of a person. but if you have the support of your family or even a few friends, it's going to make it MUCH easier on you.
and fuck loneliness. i'd never been with anyone pre-transition but i found an awesome and understanding fella as i was starting testo., and he's still with me now. there ARE people out there who would date trans men, you're not doomed just because you transition and i WISH people like you would stop propagating this idea that once you transition no one will ever want you or love you. it's bullshit.
transition if you need to, find things that make you happy, have goals to aspire to, find love if you desire it, but just fucking enjoy yourself the best you can please.
