I've actually tried making a husbando in Dragon's Dogma's character creator (with a mod that removes the belly bandages, of course) and it's pretty hard to make it look good. For one thing, the second-to-last notch on the weight slider isn't quite fat enough for my taste (which doesn't even demand THAT much fat), and the last notch makes it jut out in a weird, angular fashion that looks even weirder with clothes/armor on. The other problem is that it's hard to do musclechub because increasing the muscle slider and the weight slider just gives the character this weird layer of muscle on the outside of the fat that doesn't make any sense.
