It's not hard finding good artist on FA.
All you have to do is go into advance search settings, turn on mature and adult filters, set type search to only art, set the search to sort by popularity descending, make a huge blacklist for fetishes, and search whatever theme pops into your head.
Also, good artist tend to favorite other good artist as well, typically ones who don't tag their stuff.
So be sure to go through their favorites if you can.

Also yeah, it's quickly become clear that unless they're blatant yiff bait first and foremost, all sharks are MASSIVELY MUSCLED. I don't get it either. I mean, some buff sharks would be expected, but it seems just about universally agreed that sharks gotta be super bulky if not full-on bara. I don't really look at all actual sharks and think of thick musculature, they're pretty smooth and streamlined and some seem downright lean as far as the fish body type goes.
The generally minimal coverage makes sense though, you don't usually associate swimming and lots of clothes.
