Well, Krystal was more or less only in games that nintendo fumbled and dropped into a toilet, so now they have to make the whole new game. Hopefully the Fire Emblem stuff will get them to accept that characters can actually move forward rather than beat around the bush eternally.

But anyways, back to Carmelita. Always liked her, mostly because she could pull of competent despite being opposed to the main characters and thus destined to lose. I think it helps that the plot usually involves the crew setting up the other master criminals to be taken down by her as they get away.
I just hope if they ever get another game that they just hook up. Hell, a really fun game could be made out of Sly and his crew being given full pardons in exchange for taking down some new big bad. Have Carmalita along like in 4, but then have interpol backstab them and try and rub them out.
