Basically the only thing the artist seems to understand about the punk scene, it might actually have blended well if it weren't for the fact the shirt design is such shit. Really, what is the 'theme' here? The cartoon bone design is a mockery. Why are there thorned vines in the background of the heart? Any classic punk design has the vines wrapped AROUND the heart, not in the background. Are they supposed to be attached to the heart? Why? What is the reason for this design? The heart itself: why make one big 2D design? So you can put the gesture in the middle so people will know you just love punk? It looks terrible, and I know you meant for the heart to be "bleeding" but it looks like it's melting instead. If anything it looks like it's symbolizing your love of punk is melting away, which, given your understanding of punk already, really isn't much to begin with.
