Part of this board's whole appeal was that /d/ originally didn't allow futa. It was a split that the community wanted, because some people on /d/ didn't want to see futa content.
Unfortunately, the original owner of /d/ stopped logging in (for whatever reason) and the person who claimed it allowed futa again. This, of course, made /futa/ irrelevant. It's an unfortunate thing, because that's part of the whole appeal of a system like 8chan's, communities can splinter and find niche boards for things that they like.
8chan is stagnating, which is part of the reason why Copypaste welcomed the Reddit users to 8chan. It seems as though a lot of people are trying to drive them off because "muh secret club." when in reality 2channel is on the fence about keeping 8chan. A stagnating userbase, and an ever-increasing bandwidth bill is making them not want to keep it. We could very well see the death of 8chan some time soon.

How exactly does the whole "binding" thing work? From what I can tell the futas can control when they fuck something whether or not it will be bound? Of course you'd probably get a different answer from depending on who you ask, but that seems to be the most common way of interpreting it.
