IF YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CODE
I'll walk you through how to make this a .htm file.
1. Go to http://pastebin.com/v9quQ23U
2. Scroll down to the raw paste data
3. Copy that and put it in a new .txt file
4. Rename it to whateveryouwant.htm
5. Select the default program as a browser that can read Unicode, Mozilla for example
