Well now that i found a CSS and modified it a bit i think this will do ok, Always open to suggestions though.

hmm i notice red text seems to be not working for some reason, maybe someone can tell me why?

Countryflags compromise anonymity and suck dick remove them and put OS flags instead.

They are not mandatory, Just tick "Hide country".
