However, my comment and question about moderation was not specifically aimed at hq vs revolt but in a general manner as I believe it was the favorite method of DnC used well before the split, it plagued both previous GG boards.

More specifically it was about what to be done with blatantly irrelevent content, posts made with the intent to create Drama. Are we to report such events, and where is the line drawn.

Dont get me wrong I am perfectly fine if what is deleted and who is banner is at your own discretion, your board your rules. This also mean you Will be sole target of the butthurt.

As long It is explicitely stated so and people know to expert This. This way it avoid drama caused by rule confusions and remove loopholes aGG could exploit.

the initial baker that tried made the mistake of removing hq links to then promote this board with no prior warnings. Made a bad impression of D&C.

quick glance across boards show this one is little discussed, no discussion on /v/, hq is neutral/open to the idea but only seldomly discussed in the meta sticky, ggr is seemingly not interested in a board with too many rules, or rules allowing the BO to manage it at his own discression.

I would suggest opening a line of communication with the other boards owners to ask if shilling this board is okay there, and do so.
