I believe that it was found that she was donating to a charity, just not the one she said she was going to, or some convoluted bullshit like that.

There was a runaround where the charity said "No we didn't!" and a day later said ,"Actually, yes we did!"

Of course, there was the fact that nobody paid for her game - partially due to her scramble to make it an 'homage' to the recently passed Robin Williams - so it was likely a negligible amount of funds.

If I understand properly she didn't create a separate account or fund line to the charity. She just took the money she got and then donated it herself, possibly in her own name rather than her organization's.

She broke multiple charity laws in her state.

1) Neither iFred nor the National Suicide Hotline endorsed her.

2) She mixed private and public funds in the same paypal account. As a sidenote, that was also the account for the Brianna Wu legal defense fund.

3) She did not disclose on the game itself how much of the money she was going to give to charity(She clarified on twitter, but never fixed it. It was apparently supposed to be 50 percent).

It was not found out one way or another if she donated the amount claimed, because morons were too busy listening and believing and making retarded accusations in the vein of "She didn't donate!!!"

When she was called out on it, she donated the money, but she was openly complaining about it and did not donate to the charity she promised she would donate to.

She claimed that she already had agreements with a charity but the charity denied that they received anything from her.

That means, if we had never found this out she would have never donated.

Ironically, that is the only charity AGG has donated, and that's because we forced them to.
