All moderation is awful. Illegal too. Kind of ridiculous that people screech about "legitimate journalism" when they'll stand idly by and watch FELONIES be committed.

Yes, banning someone is a federal crime. It falls under the statutes of discrimination, hate-crime, and harassment. The only way it couldn't, was if you were not a legal person online.

And if you're not a legal person, than you may as well fucking post bomb threats about the whitehouse or child porn, because you're no longer at fault for anything you do because dogs and chairs can't be held legally bound by anything. You know who would be liable for your bomb threats and child porn? MODERATORS.

So either way, they should be jailed or dead. And there's also laws that state you have legal right to shoot and kill known felons.
