The term 'freq' has already been used in tons of shit (Avatars for "Frequency" for PS2 for example) and isn't trademarked. And speaking as a graphic designer, the typeface isn't even close to similar, and there are so many fonts in the world now that you have to REALLY TRY to ape something down to every last serif to even potentially be accused of misconduct.

Trying to get Anita on this one would make GG look like retards grasping at straws, though I'm not unconvinced that's the OP's intention.
