Just look at the comments of the Vice article, and those are Vice readers. This is a major redpill, couldn't have gone better. Unless you can find a legal case that had EXACTLY the same parameters except for the gender/race/class/your-pet-issue variable, you're asserting the truth of a hypothetical, which is bullshit, because it can't be demonstrably proven one way or the other.

Despite all the yelling at clouds about one-law-for-THIS-person-another-law-for-THAT-person nonsense, legal precidents DO in fact get to be cited by everybody, so if this case really did flip over a table (spoiler: it didn't) then everybody gets to live with the consequences of that.
