Like for health care. He wants to repeal Affordable Care Act and replace it with a system where the government pays hospitals to care for uninsured people. That sounds a lot like Medicaid to me, which was expanded under the Affordable Care Act.

Personally I don't think for-profit health care makes much sense, let alone for-profit health insurance, but Trump's stance on the issue conflicts with itself.
