It's been brought to my attention that the proto-trolls known as something awfuls 'goons' now have positions in government. These are the very people who have created the gamergate scandal through collusion and cronyism from that website.

I personally think this is the most important revelation to be shared since this whole debacle started and I would like to request that we look into this further, it could reveal a whole lot more.

This has the potential to be huge. Unfortunately, I don't have the personal resources to look into it but I'm hoping people who can dig can begin to.

Believe it or not, we were allowed to talk about the Gerstmann incident. We weren't getting BANNED for talking about it across multiple platforms, which is incidentally why the media silence on Gerstmann actually managed to do its job - because it wasn't accompanied by mass censorship and boosted by the Streisand effect. THAT is why Gamergate exploded with support, without the attempted censorship we would have seen the controversy fizzle out exactly as we did with Gerstmann.
