Do the arguments of the defense suffice? Or the fact that despite already winning, they intend to bring it to the higher court just so this can be a precedent? But I suppose you'll say that they're the defense, so they're biased and since the trial didn't come to a judgement nothing has been proven.

But, if she had evidence to prove her statements to the police and the judge, why is she afraid of letting the trial come to judgement in the first place?

Sadly, I'm afraid it won't. Mainstream media don't care, or rather push in the other direction – 20ish websites shilled the hell out of CON (so you can't expect anything from most professionals). Social medias are being heavily censored and under control of the same people that are doing the bullying (so you can't expect anything from public sites either).

Georgina Young wrote an article in January 2015 for Tech Raptor where she explains that Quinn's deleting her compromising tweets and wrote an blog post where she slanders her. Georgina faced the feedback of Quinn's hate mob.

Jason Miller (black indie dev founder of #notyourshield) got fired because Quinn's slandered his reputation. She attacked and damaged Brad Wardell (CEO of Stardock)'s reputation as well.

Like Handy Harper's, Chelsea Valkenburg's behavior is heavily documented (even though they try to destroy, cover, gaslight and hide as much as they can), but if there's no public platform to spread the word, the wider public won't be aware of it.

Despite the fact Eron's gone on record saying technically the order isn't vacated until the judge sees further proceedings. Zoe wants to put up the smoke screen she's REEEEALLLY trying to END ALL THIE SUUUFFFERINNGGG when Eron's hands are still tied – and when she may be under EXTREME scrutiny if the Massachusetts Supreme Court takes the case.

People around here like to say "muh Freeze Peach fund", but I'm donating. I want to see Eron take this all the way. This may one shot to set a better precedent for these prior restraint orders.

Chelsea has a lot of people on her side, yes, but they're all people who are involved in her clique. She's in an echo chamber. I have friends that don't even follow this stuff and were looking up IT stuff to teach to kids. One of the first things they say is

Normalfags don't care. They just see this as people bitching about first world problems. They are shouting this stuff as loud as they can on the internet, through blogs and social media, but most people don't give a shit.

It's why they have to stick together in a clique and push this stuff. They have no traction with normalfags or regular people and they have to artificially create outrage and attention for it.

As for CON, I was pretty sure we already established that it was basically a chance for Chelsea and her boytoy of convenience to schmooze with big names who are getting negative responses to what they say on Twitter while ignoring people that are too small for her to see any sort of political or social gain.
