Courts have rules, so even if something is technically true, it doesn't mean it's relevant to the case. My example was Hogan saying "nigger" on that other tape, there's no doubt it happened, but it isn't relevant to whether Gawker was wrong or right in this case and would only serve to prejudice the jury.
