Latin is a compulsory subject in italian schools from the age of 14 to 18, not to mention a subject in exams for those who choose "classical studies" (around 30% of our students)

So, some of us may not be proficient in it, but trust me: we know latin slightly better than the rest of the world (in average, of course)
