Photograph it, adjust contrast in photoshop, crop.

Then open it in illustrator and trace.

Not perfect, but it works

Not sure if you have an iPhone, OP, but I've been using that Adobe Shape app to scan sketches and shit all month, it's been super helpful for vectorizing.
