Your city must have a low cost of living, cheap housing, a hospital, at least one accredited university,and at least one accredited trade school. Low taxes, mild weather, and gun rights are a plus.

Gun rights: Don't know much, since I'm nofunz, but lots of hunters up here so they're probably not terrible.

Taxes: Could be worse

Weather: Snowy and cold as shit for 6-9 months of the year.
