Here's what happened:

- Hadn't slept at all yesterday due to staying up and witnessing Stan getting and /sp/ sweeping the next two and [s4s] generally getting BTFO

- Spent a tiring day coding and stuff

- Wanted to go to bed before /fit/, but I made custom OC for their gets back sometime last month, so I figured I'd just stay up long enough for it and then pass out

- Didn't know if anyone from /sp/ or /scurv/ would be going for it, but I knew I'd be outnumbered regardless, so if I wanted over 33% odds I'd have to try and snipe it in real-time as per usual (I always line up extras, but they're just in case I'm too early and everyone else is slow enough for me to not see the get occur on GETball before I have a chance to post again)

- Tried to snipe it, got 33334, GET showed before I had a chance to fire off another

- Screencapped all of the attempts

- Remembered to be polite and delete mine

- Fell asleep

- Woke up around 9:30 EST and checked /n/

- Posted this

After a slow pre-season day the rivalry between /int/ and /sp/ began to spark up after /monster/, celebrating the defence of their >>>/monster/11111 GET prior to the beginning of the season, declared it's intention to capture >>>/sp/111111 GET on /sp/

/sp/ Team Captain Smegma!C0cks51q.s quickly brought his teams attention to the fact that /int/ had been running a slow sage campaign to raise the /sp/ post count and hopefully steal the GET before /sp/ was prepared to defend it.

When asked for a quote regarding /monster/'s declaration and /int/'s saging, /sp/ team captain Smegma!C0cks51q.s was quoted as saying

The Captain commented on the ease of defending a GET on a board such as /sp/ that had active owner participation, and that it would be a safer move to remove the three points from play before the season began.
