So, cocaine….
You know what you never hear about? People who use drugs CONSTRUCTIVELY, people who use them as tools.
I know MANY people who do…I'm one of them.
Cocaine isn't easy, I mean, if you're a cocaine "addict," you've got to be doing SOMETHING. You can't just sink back into a chair and vegetate like with alcohol or heroin or Valium. I can RESPECT a coke addict; they burn through life at a much higher temperature.
Cocaine is DRAMATIC. You have to always be maintaining your mental control of every situation, relaxing yourself stable, because even small precise movements, like cutting lines of coke with a razor blade, become HUGE, with lots of spaces suddenly in between every action.
The world leaps around you, it SURGES when you are on cocaine.
Drug Use is like alchemy…or, meteorology - you are creating your own atmosphere, your own storm fronts. Sometimes, yes, it seems as if APOCALYPSE is imminent, like in the next fucking second, but that's part of the fun. Paranoia, though, is a DEMON who lives in the coke world, taunting you with strange sounds in the walls, with the presence of Menace right outside your window…sometimes, I go DAYS without answering my phone or my doorbell, for ANY reason, the storm fronts raging CRAZY through my apartment. But see, in fighting off the DEMON, you get Mentally Stronger. That's a fact.
I have no pity for the drug ABUSER: those who've lost jobs, homes, spouses, etc., due to drug excess. It's not drugs' fault…that these Weak-Willed individuals can't control themselves. You can't blame drugs for the Mental Instability of an abuser. When I hear "former addicts" criticizing drugs, it enrages me. Hey, loser, YOU can't handle it, that's YOUR deficiency, don't go knocking drugs.
Making cocaine illegal is CENSORSHIP; cocaine is mental fire. Like the Bible, it's life-changing for people, some for the better, some for the worse. Cocaine HAS something to say. But like all radical voices, it so disturbs those with mediocre minds, they try to silence it.
To me, it's like old Grandpa CornCob with his arm around little Billy, telling him, "you don't want to be trying THAT stuff, boy, it'll fire you all up, making you hungry for things you never even knew existed! Nope, you just stay put here in the barn eating hay, it's safer."
(I'm sorry if I'm BEING TOO SERIOUS…
this is just something that I believe needs to be said. And the Internet is the only mass medium where one CAN speak the forbidden truths.)

But Blade chose to hang out on twitter with perpetually angry retards and became convinced that GG was no different from SJWs because we weren't doing exactly what he wanted us to do. And on his way out he gave the keys to his shitposting buddies so they could come in and smear shit on the walls and brag about how they turned him against us.
Blade baited this every step of the way, he has absolutely no excuse because he willfully allowed all of this to happen.

8ch is honestly, IMO ofc, the future of imageboards and perhaps the future of alot of social media.
Shadow power groups/shadow moderation administration ect doesn't really seem to work these days. The temptation to troll or abuse power seems to be too much for people in the world of 2015. I expect user driven social media will end up being a much bigger part of the market share on the internet in the next few years. But well see. Powers that be probably won't like that.
41e741 No.207
>>186Pretty much. Maybe it's because I'm a fairly passive follower of GG, I don't post often and have only donated to a couple charities here and there, but I can't imagine how someone can become so disillusioned with GG like this. Having the bird's eye view from the top of the tower should make it easier to see all the progress we've made, but I guess they also see all the work still to be done that we haven't reached yet and get antsy.
But from the ground floor, the progress is obvious, we take another solid step every day. Sure, sometimes we get distracted by stupid drama, but it's nice to let off steam for a while, and once that starts getting old people redouble their digging efforts, it's a decent system of progression.
I do find it funny that for all the complaints about KiA for "tone-policing" and TheHat for sometimes letting his own opinion on what's important dictate his modding, he's dealt with more shit than Blade and the like ever have. We're constantly giving him shit, KiA gives him plenty of shit, he deals with shit from Reddit admins who want to get rid of KiA, he deals with shit from aggros and everything else that comes with the territory of owning the most recognizable GG hub, he's outlasted several chan-related e-celebs, people who take pride in having a "thick skin", especially compared to Reddit.
10a83d No.208
Fellow leaders, anons, gators, and gamers alike. Do not see Blade's shenanigans as a focal point of rage. Rather rejoice for this is a testament to our resilience. When Christopher Poole banned discussion of GamerGate for the sole purpose of being a cuck, we said fuck him and found our home in the palace of Hotwheels. When corrupt mods all over the internet announced that they would do it for free, we established a bastion of free speech. When the media declared us to worse than ISIS, we threw our heads back and laughed like we never laughed before.
So when the /gamergate/ board goes down in the wake of spam and DDOS attacks, we prove time and time again that we are not merely consumers. We are a hydra. For every head they cut off, two more shall grow back angrier than the head that's been severed. They cannot kill us for we are many. They cannot hide their misdeeds from us for we dig with a vengeance.
Rejoice fellow gamers. Rejoice for the best of their attacks reveal the worst of their desperation. Rejoice for victory is closer than ever.
