Hello and welcome to the new /gghq/, where fun is the priority as well as seeing the massive butthurt of SJWs and their fellow cronies while saving vidya at the same time.

The new updated rules are as follows:

1. Flagrant catalog spam, necrobumping (bumping of threads older then 3 weeks or past page 10 on the catalog done in a raid-like manner) and CP posting will be deleted on-sight and the poster will also be banned for the latter at the discretion of global vols.

2. All porn must be spoilered or it will be auto-spoilered on-sight.

3. No illegal content, under 8chan global rules, or dox is to be posted on this board and will be deleted on sight.

4. Blatant shill threads and marketer threads are not allowed and will be deleted on-sight.

5. This board also has forced anonymity so blatant avatarfagging will not be permitted and will have any anon's posted pictures using an avatar deleted.

Also it is encouraged that all meta, twitterdrama and stream threads stay on /ggmeta/ or other hub boards. You will not have your threads deleted but they will be subject to bumplocking if seen by myself.

Finally we promote strong encouragement to keep GamerGate's current projects and initiatives going strong and encouragement to start discussion for thinking of new ways to make major and minor grounds in our fight against corruption in the video game industry and video game journalism as well as the corruption caused by developers/publishers/3rd parties in regards to gaming journalism and its effects on the industry as a whole. But also this board encourages fun first and foremost so don't take everything too seriously and enjoy yourselves while fighting the good fight!

What's the point of boycotts in this sense?

Mainly to inform people of malpractices and to have people question their buying and searching habits in regards to shady things that happen in the video gaming industry. Especially in this age of misinfo and corruption, spreading information to convince the masses is essential to fixing issues with the industry as a whole.

Years ago i was playing games such as Doom, Quake, Dark Forces, Unreal Tournament, Quake 3 Arena, Serious Sam, UT2004, Tomb Raider, and others, but never found any kerfuffles except for the occasional warnings to people about excessive violence in games
