I ended up converting it into a BMP just so I could view my glitch creation. Anyway I'm using it for artwork for a EP so any help is greatly appreciated so I can continue progress

Also any tips for making glitch art thats looks like pic related? It's only glitched in certain areas and used sparingly.

Save the .bmp file as the file type you want to use and open it in GIMP.

I'm pretty sure you can only open .raw files in Audacity.

Also, I don't know how to make glitch art like that but I'm sure someone else here does.

You might be able achieve that effect by glitching a PNG file, as I've seen PNGs with that style of corruption.

To get it to only affect one area of the image, you could combine the glitched and regular images in photoshop post-glitching.

It looks like some 3D effects were added to the clouds too and that's pretty simple to do.

I think 3D and glitch effects go together well

Glitch art with photographs you shot, is also really awesome. Especially as you are able to put everything where you want it, how you want it, as the sole artist.
