Who said anything about labor vouchers?

No offense, but I don't think you guys know how payments in labor time work.

You get paid a 1 hour token for 1 hour of work.

1 hour token is worth (in terms of consumer goods you may acquire) the average social output of 1 hour of work: you may acquire a good that took 1 person an hour to make with your 1 hour token.

So if a good took 1 hour to make but, thanks to automation, now takes only 30 minutes, you may acquire twice as much of that good while working the exact same hours.

The value of labor tokens, and therefore the power of consumption available to all individuals, will actually increase as production becomes more efficient. In time, you could work substantially less while maintaining the same or even a higher standard of living.

People are obsessed with the self-flagellation work mentality because it's all they know. Let's automate everything and get rid of work entirely.

Brainlet here.

If one dude and another dude work for an hour BUT one works harder but creates a worse product and another works less hard and creates a better product do they get same labour vouchers?
