ok alright reddit is fucking dumb. they don't understand how the mission system works and of course because of hivemind voting probably never will cause they just vote up their own complaints.
first question we solve today: how many missions can I get over a give time-frame?
the answer isn't really that easy and it's a bit understandable why people don't immediately get it. but on the other hand instead of trying to find the solution they just… I don't know maybe counting karma or something.
what we do know is this (see picture): purchasing an additonal campaign allows you to complete ONE (1) additional mission a week. also it gives you one extra mission right off the bat.
that to me means: there is a tangible amount of missions you can do per week. as extra campaigns give 1 per week a reasonable assumption would be the other two also give 1 per week. which means: you can do 4 missions per week.
and in addition to that one mission per campaign when you purchase it. which is also 4. which means after the first week you could've done 8 missions, after the second week 12 missions etc.
so how many missions can one complete then during the course of the operation? it started with an update on Nov 11 and it ends on Feb 10. Exactly 13 weeks. If we use my little formula x*4+4 from before that means you can do 56 missions. 56 missions is not completely everything. But how much is it?
that depends on your goal. do you want to get as many stars as possible? I've calculated the optimal route for getting all the stars. It would take 58 missions to get all 24. So that doesn't work, you can only get 23 stars (which takes 52 missions if you do it right) in the given timeframe.
