Try to keep me advised more than one week out, because I'm only running once every two weeks now -- or three weeks if that works out better. You don't have to tell me what the plans are specifically, just say "we're running four movies starting at 2200 UTC on Saturday, October 10" or something like that. This would be sufficient to keep me from scheduling something on top of you.
