You can try to go into the advanced settings in screen resolution, go to monitor, and pick 16 bit high color, apply, and try that. But it makes things look like ass if you're used to 32-bit, which you probably are.

I've never played a strategy game.I'm a pretty smart goy, so I should at least have the capability to be good at them. I really like complex strategy but from the RTSes I've played I wasn't all that entertained. Will GS Games have that tactical complexity from RTS games I wanted? What games should I start with to see if I like the genre? Or are GS Games very close to mainstream RTSes?
