I do for CK2. You can actually pirate DLCs, but them in your CK2 folder and play it like Normal Even with achievements on However, sadly, I do not think it is possible for EUIV

I bought the DLC the second day it was out, despite having no money and not having other DLCs for EU4.

I played a couple hours as England, rekt everything, then closed the game and bought HOI3.
