It was just really not clear on how things worked in that game, like trade's affect on your economy and money.
Also, AI in SP2 was really fucking retarded. If you tried to just attack Jordan as Israel (or any other mid-east nation for that mater.) even if they were the aggressor, the whole world wants to buttfuck you right away, regardless of the diplomatic terms each nation was on. (Jordan was regarded about the same as NK in the game I played when I attacked them.)
Additionally, it's military system really doesn't seem to take vast, overwhelming numbers into account, seeing as how my 100 Future hovertanks could hold the line unsupported against 3500 T-70s supported by 90's era AT infantry divisions that had SU-25 air support.
