The population of Sweden is 1/5 "refugee" and rising. The rest of Europe cannot cope any more than the Swedes can, with socialised healthcare, welfare, and insurance systems collapsing under the weight of those who will not only not work, but often send money back home to other family members. "Refugees" also commit crime at tremendous rates, filling (and usually overburdening) European prison systems.
Next, "diversity" simply does not work - social trust and nearly all other societal indicators plunge with the introduction of multi-racialism, and this is a historical trend, which was, for example, instrumental in the collapse of the Austrian empire. Not to mention that it leads to local balkanisation, with various races living apart (where they have the choice to), with the notable exceptions of immigration advocates, who often live in 90%+ White neighbourhoods, and the White working class being forced to live alongside immigrants. leading to racial tension and violence, and the odd situation of many professed nationalist organisations being very pro-Israel.
Third, "refugees" are a political tool, both for base vote-gathering for the left (as they are often the party of handouts and immigration), and to be used by the US to destabilize countries, with the international Bosnian jihadists a prime example.
Lastly, much like with Africa, the initiative is counter-productive, with the acceptance of refugees causing a brain drain in afflicted countries, leading to further instability, and future refugee crises, leading to more refugee imports, etc.
