With regards to your question, err, why don't you try asking Paradox?

I'm pretty sure the answer will be yes, you do get a Steam key. I think all their games are Steamworks these days.

That's not how Jews work anon.

I'm pretty sure all of their games have DRM though, but don't all use Steam. My physical HOI3 doesn't require Steam or an Internet connection, just the disc. But see >>4774 tbh
