So you wanna git gud?

Can't be arsed getting some old git to teach you for 60 shekels an hour?

Here's a thread for sharing resources or places guitar related shit can be found.

Ibanez guitars are ugly as fuck and the neck is too thin for comfy playing. Only a weirdo like Paul Gilbert would choose to play with the funky guitars Ibanez makes.

I think in the end it all comes down to personal taste, and also a matter of getting used to it.

The fretboard is very flat, and at first I preferred the feel of my Les Paul, but after a while I can switch back and forth and I appreciate both for their character. I have a Line 6 James Tyler Variax (JTV-89 I think it's called), it feels a lot like an Ibanez neck and that's my current main guitar.

Nice to see a guitar oriented board opening up here. Shame it probably won't go anywhere, but I don't mind throwing a bone to hopefully get a ball rolling.

Anyways, my most recent purchase is this Agile from craigslist. I have a thing for ocean burst and with the blackouts and ebony fretboard, I thought it was an alright deal for 250.

Practically new, the previous owner never gigged with it since he was a home studio neet.

Are Agiles as good as everyone says??

What about their "Custom shop"???

They're a hit or miss. Definitely an affordable option in the niche department of 7-9 string guitars, if you're into that sort of thing.

This Agile is made in South Korea, which I believe is a better factory quality than guitars made in Indonesia (ala Jacksons) I'm trying to figure out if it was made in the same factory where Schecters are made, since it has that resemblance in feel to me.

As for the custom shop, I have no experience with.
