Say what you will about the first OVA, but it was awesome nonetheless. It was intense, it was extreme. The girls were completely, utterly degraded in the most basic and humilliating ways. The redesigns were pretty fine as well. The music was spot-on. The voices were spot-on. There was clear effort put into it.
This one was made so that the old, traditional fandom would shut up. Ever since TABA, Lilith has pretty much neglected their animation division completely. That's why Annerose was so shit, that's why Yukikaze was shit (then again, these two aren't exactly stellar in the source material, either).
They're pandering to this new, massive group of what can best be described as 'casuals', who want nothing but tame, vanilla scenes that are rape but not really, with little build-up and that only shows a few CGs to fap to in the meantime. The traditional fandom on the other hand, remains blue-balled between how tame they've turned in their main eroge (excluding Kurenai, I guess), and how shit the animations have turned out.
Fuck neo-Lilith, fuck TABA, and fuck anyone who plays and actually pays for TABA most.
