I'm not sure I understand your question. Do you mean that some sites have been blocked on your network? The model of the computer itself is hardly relevant in that case. And I'm not sure what you mean by 'downloading routers' either. If you want to get past blocks, you can use a web proxy like hidemyass, or then you can get tor and use that. If the domain name has been blocked, you can try connecting straight to the IP address that corresponds with the hostname.
